I cooked a full turkey on Sunday. Despite having friends over, we barely made a dent. So many left-overs.
We used some of them tonight to make a turkey pot pie from scratch. It turned out great. Also on the menu: nun’s farts (the rolls besides the pie) and roasted potatoes.
